Global Brands was informed on 7 June that Mr. Harris, a private investor, together with his wife and certain retirement benefit plans of which he and/or his wife are the sole beneficiaries, have acquired 17,437,293 shares in Global Brands. Mr. Harris and his wife now directly control 9.35% of the outstanding shares of Global Brands.
