Holding in Company
Global Brands was informed today that Griffin Two Limited sold 2,250,000 shares on 29 February and now holds 4,000,000 shares in the Company. Therefore, its per cent holding in the Company has decreased from 3.41% to 2.18%.
Please note that in the announcement of 17 February 2012, the holding of Griffin Two Limited was erroneously portrayed as holding 4.09% of the Company, a shareholding equivalent to 7,500,000 shares. Griffin Two Limited only received 6,250,000 shares on 17 February.
