Global Brands S.A. Board Changes 4 June 2007
Global Brands SA, the AIM-listed Domino's Pizza franchisee in Switzerland, Luxembourg and Liechtenstein, is pleased to announce the appointment of Matei Lecca as Finance Director with immediate effect.
Mr. Matei Lecca graduated cum laude from Institut Catholique des Hautes Commerciales in Brussels, Belgium with a Business Engineer Diploma. Among his previous positions, he served as Finance Manager at Philip Morris Reunion Sarl, Le Port, France and at the audit department of Price Waterhouse in Luxembourg.
Mr. Lecca is replacing Juerg Keller who is leaving the company to pursue a new challenge and resigning from the board with immediate effect.
