INFINIS ENERGY PLC ("INFINIS")
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR CHANGE
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, Infinis announces that Radu Gruescu has resigned as a non-executive director with effect from 28 May 2015. Radu is an investment director of Terra Firma Capital Partners Limited and was appointed to the Board of Infinis as a nominee non-executive director by its principal shareholder, Monterey Capital II S.à r.l.1. Monterey Capital II S.à r.l. does not currently intend to replace Radu on the Board of Infinis.
Chairman, Ian Marchant, commented:
"Radu has been a great support to Infinis in both the preparation for the IPO in November 2013 and as a Board director since. We understand and fully support Terra Firma's decision to ask him to stand down from the Board and concentrate on managing the processes around reducing their shareholding in Infinis. We welcome the fact that Radu's knowledge of the business and professionalism will continue to be deployed to create value for all shareholders."
No compensation for loss of office is due to Radu Gruescu as a result of his resignation.
