Suspension of trading

 

Further to the announcement issued on 26 October 2021 about a firm intention to make an offer for Arden Partners plc ("Arden"), the Company announces that it has been informed that Arden is unable to continue to act as Nominated Adviser to the Company and has had no choice but to resign from the role with immediate effect. As a result, trading on AIM in the Ince ordinary shares will be suspended from 7.50a.m. this morning until a new Nominated Adviser is appointed. The Company is in discussions with an alternative Nominated Adviser and a further announcement will be made in due course.
