Total Voting Rights
Immotion, the UK-based immersive entertainment group, announces that as at 28 February 2023, the total number of ordinary shares of 0.040108663 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and voting rights in the Company is 416,170,646.
The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 416,170,646. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
