Results of the Audit Tender Process

IG Group Holdings plc (the "Company"), a global leader in online trading, announces that, following the conclusion of a formal tender process led by the Company's Audit Committee, the Company has reappointed PricewaterhouseCoopers ("PwC") as its auditor for the year ending 31 May 2021. PwC will hold office until the next Annual General Meeting of the Company in September 2020, when their appointment will be subject to shareholder approval.

The Company wishes to thank all firms who were involved in the audit tender process for the time and commitment invested.
