Issue of Shares from Treasury
The Company announces that on 5 October 2020 it issued 175,000 Ordinary shares from treasury at a price of 801.1 pence per Ordinary share and at a premium to the prevailing net asset value.
Following the issuance, there will be 38,736,817 Ordinary shares in issue (excluding the remaining 2,605,846 Ordinary shares held in treasury).
