RusHydro will place RUB 10 bn of bonds with a coupon rate of 12.75%
JSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces that based on the results of book building the rate of 1-5 coupons of the Company's bonds of series 09 was set at 12.75% per annum:
1st coupon period: from 4/28/2015 to 10/27/2015
2nd coupon period: from 10/27/2015 to 4/26/2016
3rd coupon period: from 4/26/2016 to 10/25/2016
4th coupon period: from 10/25/2016 to 4/25/2017
5th coupon period: from 4/25/2017 to 10/24/2017
Total amount of interest to be paid by the issuer of bonds:
1st coupon period: RUB 635,800,000.00
2nd coupon period: RUB 635,800,000.00
3rd coupon period: RUB 635,800,000.00
4th coupon period: RUB 635,800,000.00
5thcoupon period: RUB 635,800,000.00
Coupon payment in accordance with the coupon rate of 12.75% per annum amounts to RUB 63.58 per bond for 1-5 periods.
The coupons will be paid at the end of each period:
1st coupon period: 10/27/2015
2nd coupon period: 4/26/2016
3rd coupon period: 10/25/2016
4th coupon period: 4/25/2017
5th coupon period: 10/24/2017
The bond issue was registered by the Bank of Russia Financial Markets Service on December 27, 2012 (state registration number 4-09-55038-E).
