Notice of FY 2013 dividend payment procedure
JSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces that it has signed an agreement with JSC Registrar R.O.S.T. on dividend distribution services. According to the agreement Registrar R.O.S.T. will make dividend payments for 2013 financial year on behalf of RusHydro. The price of the agreement amounts of 0.5% of the amount of dividends accrued that will be distributed via Registrar R.O.S.T. According to the agreement RusHydro is entitled to determine the list of shareholders to whom dividends will be distributed directly from RusHydro.
On June 27, 2014, the Annual General Meeting of shareholders of RusHydro resolved to pay dividends for 2013 in the amount of RUB 0.01358751 per share.
Registrar R.O.S.T. will provide the following services under agreement:
- payment of dividends via wire transfer to nominee shareholders, who are professional participants of the securities market, registered in the shareholder register;
- payment of dividends via wire transfer to legal entities registered in the shareholder register;
- payment of dividends via mail transfer to individual shareholders registered in the shareholder register;
- payment of dividends via wire transfer to individual shareholders registered in the shareholder register, who had identified "bank transfer" as preferred way of payment;
- recording of paid, unpaid and reimbursed dividends.
