Change of AGM Venue and Call Details
Hydrogen Utopia International PLC advises that the venue for the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") has changed.
The Company announced on 5 June 2024, that the AGM was to be held at Unique Resort, Str. Partizanska no.56, Ohrid, North Macedonia ("Unique Resort"). Instead, the AGM will be held at Ohrid Organics DOO, Ohrid. Transport from Unique Resort to Ohrid Organics DOO, Ohrid has been arranged for 11.30am. The date and time of the AGM remains unchanged and is Thursday 27 June 2024 at 13:00 (Ohrid, North Macedonia) 12:00 (BST, London).

Conference Call Details for the AGM: Thursday 27 June 2024 at 13:00 (Ohrid, North Macedonia) 12:00 (BST, London).
Remote Tour: A remote tour of Ohrid Organics DOO's operating facilities is available following the AGM at 13.30 (Ohrid, North Macedonia) 12.30 (BST, London). The tour is envisaged to last approximately 45 minutes.

About Hydrogen Utopia International PLC
HUI aims to become one of the leading new European companies specialising in converting non-recyclable mixed waste plastic into hydrogen and other carbon-free fuels, new materials or distributed renewable heat.
A HUI facility uses non-recyclable mixed waste plastic as feedstock and turns it into syngas from which new products and energy can be produced.
