Hunting PLC19 January 2007 19 January 2007 Hunting PLC Total Voting Rights Voting Rights and Capital Notification in accordance with the Transparency Directive's transitionalprovision 6 Hunting PLC (the 'Company') has one class of share admitted to trading on aregulated market being ordinary shares of 25 pence each. As at the date of this announcement, 131,068,589 ordinary shares are in issue,representing a total ordinary share capital of GBP 32,767,147.25. The votingrights attaching to the ordinary shares are on the basis of one vote per share,representing total voting rights of 131,068,589. The Company holds 1,039,016 shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 130,029,573. This figure may be used by shareholders (and others with notificationobligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they willdetermine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to theirinterest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules dueto take effect on 20 January 2007.
