Transaction in own shares
Hamilton, Bermuda - Hiscox Ltd ('Hiscox') announces that today it purchased 267,058 ordinary shares of 5p each to hold in treasury. The highest price paid per share was 209.50p and the lowest price paid per share was 201p. The average price paid was 205.78p. Following the above purchase Hiscox holds 32,666,047 ordinary shares as treasury shares and has 367,704,140 ordinary shares in issue (excluding the treasury shares).
