('Hiscox' or the 'Company') announces that, in accordance with the terms of the second tranche of its share buyback programme (the 'Buyback Programme') announced on 2 May 2024, the Company has purchased the following number of ordinary shares of 6.5 pence each (the 'Ordinary Shares') through Citigroup Global Markets Limited.
