Director/PDMR Shareholding
On 18 June 2010, under the terms of the Hornby Employee Benefit Trust (the "Trust") 78,599 Ordinary Shares vested and were transferred to beneficiaries of the Trust, including certain Directors and other Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility, as follows:
