Hogg Robinson Group Plc was informed on 6 January 2009 of the following purchase of the Company's shares:
John David Coombe, the Chairman of the Company has purchased a further 185,925 ordinary shares of 1p each ("ordinary shares") at a price of 5.3785p per share. Following this purchase, Mr Coombe holds 719,583 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.23% of the total voting rights of the Company.
Note: HRG's issued share capital consists of 307,762,884 ordinary shares with voting rights. No ordinary shares are held in Treasury.
