Directors' Interest in Shares
Hogg Robinson Group Plc was informed on 19 December 2008 of the following purchases of the Company's shares:
(1) David Radcliffe, the Chief Executive has purchased a further 248,831ordinary shares of 1p each ("ordinary shares") in the Company on 19 December2008 at a price of 4.035 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Radcliffeholds 2,270,529 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.74% of the totalvoting rights of the Company;(2) Julian Steadman, the Group Finance Director has purchased a further 246,106ordinary shares of 1p each ("ordinary shares") in the Company on 19 December2008 at a price of 4.035 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr Steadmanholds 828,051 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.27% of the totalvoting rights of the Company;
Note: HRG's issued share capital consists of 307,242,203 ordinary shares with voting rights. No ordinary shares are held in Treasury.
