Hogg Robinson Group plc17 December 2008 Hogg Robinson Group (the 'Company') Directors' interest in shares
Hogg Robinson Group Plc was informed on 16 December 2008 of the following purchase of the Company's shares:
John David Coombe, the Chairman of the Company has purchased 150,375 ordinary shares of 1p each ("ordinary shares") at a price of 6.65p per share. Following this purchase, Mr Coombe holds 533,658 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.17% of the total voting rights of the Company.
Note: HRG's issued share capital consists of 307,242,203 ordinary shares with voting rights. No ordinary shares are held in Treasury.
