Hogg Robinson Group plc announced on 20 January 2015 that Philip Harrison would be leaving the Board after the Company's full year results in May. It has now been agreed that he will leave the Board and Company on 27 May 2015. The recruitment process for Philip's replacement as Group Finance Director is now well advanced and we will make an announcement as soon as an appointment is made.
