Further to its announcement released earlier today, HRG now confirms that the circular to shareholders including notice of general meeting (the "Circular") relating to HRG's proposed acquisition of the outstanding minority interest in Spendvision Holdings Limited has been posted to shareholders and is available immediately for download on HRG's website www.hrgworldwide.com.
A copy of the Circular is being submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
