The EBT is a discretionary trust for the benefit of employees of HargreavesLansdown Plc and its subsidiaries. The Executive Directors of HargreavesLansdown Plc are included as potential beneficiaries under the EBT and aredeemed to be interested in those shares and the dealings thereof. In addition,the Executive Directors of Hargreaves Lansdown Plc are also directors of theEBT. Following these transactions, the EBT holds 13,618,359 shares on which dividendsare waived.
