DEFERRED ANNUAL BONUS ("DAB") AWARDS

The Company announces that shares awarded under the Company's 2010 DAB to its Executive Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") vested on 9 September 2013. Details of the vesting and any subsequent share transactions are provided below:

Directors of the Company

The number of shares of the Company in which the Executive Directors now have a beneficial interest (excluding share options and unvested incentive shares but including shares held beneficially under deferred bonus arrangements) is as follows:

Alistair Cox: 2,606,497 shares (0.19% of the Total Voting Rights)

Paul Venables: 1,717,938 shares (0.13% of the Total Voting Rights)

PDMRs of the Company

*All shares were sold at the share price of 108.638 pence per share.

*\* This denotes an Executive Director or a PDMR that transferred shares to their connected person on vesting.
