The Company reports that on 12 September 2013, it granted the following nil cost share awards to the Executive Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs") under the Company's PSP.

In accordance with the rules of the PSP, these conditional awards were granted on 12 September 2013 at a price of 113.9 pence per ordinary share (the official mid-market closing share price on the London Stock Exchange on the preceding dealing day).
The shares will only be released to the Executive Directors in three years' time subject to their
continued employment and the satisfaction of the following performance conditions:-
· 50% based on the Group's Cumulative Earnings Per Share; and
· 50% based on relative Total Shareholder Return against an agreed comparator group.
