NOTICE OF INTERIM RESULTS FOR THE FIRST HALF ENDED 30 JUNE 2009

Goldenport Holdings Inc. ("Goldenport" or "the Company"), (LSE: GPRT), the international shipping company that owns and operates a fleet of container and dry-bulk vessels, will announce their Interim Results for the first half ended 30 June 2009 on Thursday, 27 August, 2009, before the market opens in London.
On the same day, at 1:30pm (BST), 3:30pm (Athens), 8:30am (EDT), the Company's management will host a conference call to discuss the Results.
