Goldenport Holdings Inc. ("Goldenport" or "the Company"), (LSE: GPRT) the international shipping company that owns and operates a fleet of container and dry-bulk vessels, announces that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the listing of 2,331,091 new ordinary shares of common stock of USD 0.01 each arising under the terms of the Company's Share Dividend Program as approved in the AGM held on 11 May 2012. These shares are expected to be admitted to the Official List on 18 May 2012 and will rank equally with the existing issued common stock shares of the Company.
Immediately following admission, the total number of Common Stock Shares in issue will be 93,619,645. The Company holds 427,887 shares in treasury.
