Gleeson(M J)Group PLC21 December 2007 M J GLEESON GROUP PLC (the "Company") 21 December 2007 Total Voting Rights As at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consistsof 52,272,485 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 2 pence each ("OrdinaryShares"). Of this total, 6,605 Ordinary shares are held on behalf of Lloyds TSB OffshoreTrust Company Limited in their capacity as trustees of the Company's employeeshare schemes and these shares do not carry voting rights. The Company does nothold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 52,265,880.
