Notification of Major Interests in Shares
The Company was notified on 23 July 2008 by Capital Research and Management Company ("CRMC") that, following an acquisition of the Company's shares in the Placing announced today, CRMC was interested in 23,700,000 shares representing 6.44% of the Company's enlarged issued share capital. CRMC's shares in the Company are beneficially owned as follows:
