Prospectus dated 24 June 2013 relating to the offer of Sterling 5.5 per cent guaranteed bonds (the Bonds) due 2020 by Grafton Group Finance plc (the Prospectus). The Bonds will be guaranteed by Grafton Group plc (the Parent Guarantor) and certain subsidiaries of the Parent Guarantor.
