Grafton Group plc ('the Company')
The Company has been informed by Mr. Michael Chadwick that he is an executor of an estate that holds 2,490,330 Grafton Group plc units. Separately, as previously notified, Mr. Chadwick holds a beneficial interest in 19,656,921 million Grafton Units, a non-beneficial interest in 2,986,560 Grafton Units in his capacity as a Trustee of a family trust, a non-beneficial interest as nominee in 178,640 Grafton Units and a non-beneficial interest in 1,368,322 Grafton Units as a Trustee of the Grafton Group plc Employee Share Participation Scheme.
