GetBusy plc (AIM: GETB) ("GetBusy" or "the Company") today announces that Daniel Rabie, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, has informed the Company that on 23 May 2024 he bought 235,000 ordinary shares of 0.15 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 65.0 pence per share.
Following the trade Mr Rabie has a beneficial interest over 1,805,789 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.57 per cent. of the current total voting rights of the Company.
