Blocklisting application - share option scheme
The Company announces that application has been made for 2,300,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities in respect of a blocklisting of shares to be allotted from time to time pursuant to the vesting of awards under the Company's Executive Share Option Scheme. These shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company.
