Games Workshop Group PLC15 December 2006 Games Workshop Group PLC (the "Company") Total Voting Rights and Share Capital In conformity with the EU Transparency Directive following its implementationthrough the provisions of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure andTransparency Rules, we would like to notify the market of the following: As at the date of this announcement the Company's share capital consists of31,128,622 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") with votingrights. 12,746 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 31,115,876. The above figure (31,115,876 Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as thedenominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they arerequired to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, theCompany under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
