Green Dragon Gas Ltd. (AIM:GDG), one of the largest independent companies involved in the production of CBM gas and the distribution and sale of wholesale gas in China, announces that it has been notified that on 14 December 2010 PB Commerce Ltd sold 2,239,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of USD 11.68 per share following additional excess demand for the Company's share placement conducted by CLSA Limited on 3 December 2010. Following the sale, PB Commerce Ltd is interested in 6,415,676 ordinary shares in the Company representing 4.96% of the outstanding ordinary shares.
