First Quantum MINERALS Announces VOTING RESULTS FOR ELECTION OF DIRECTORS
First Quantum Minerals Ltd. ("First Quantum" or the "Company", TSX Symbol "FM", LSE Symbol "FQM")
today announced that the nominees listed in the Management Information Circular for its 2014 Annual Meeting of Shareholders ("AGM") were elected as directors of the Company. Detailed results of the vote for the election of directors held at the AGM on May 21, 2014 in Toronto are set out below and are posted on www.sedar.com.
