Conversion Rate for 2016 Interim Dividend
Further to the announcement of the results of the Company for the six-months ended 30 June 2016 released on 24 August 2016, the Company has determined that the exchange rate to be applied to the 2016 Interim Dividend is GBP£1:€1.1696, being the exchange rate as disclosed by the Central Bank of Ireland at the close of business on 19 September 2016.
The Euro equivalent of the 2016 Interim Dividend of 40 pence per share announced on 24 August 2016 will therefore be 46.784 cents per share.
This Interim Dividend will be paid on 30 September 2016 to shareholders on the register on 9 September 2016.
