FirstGroup plc - Notification of Directors' Interests in Shares
Each Non-Executive Director of the Company (other than Colin Hood who receives all of this fees in the form of shares in the Company) has elected to receive 40% of his fees in the form of shares in the Company. Tim O' Toole, Chief Executive, has elected to receive part his of remuneration each month in the form of shares in the Company. Arrangements have been made for these shares to be purchased on their behalf in the market on a regular basis.
Purchases took place on 25 January 2012 in accordance with standinginstructions as follows:Director Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each Martin Gilbert 2,373 David Begg 630 Colin Hood 766 Tim O' Toole 1,337 John Sievwright 630
Shares were purchased at a price of 313.5 pence per share.
