Exercise and Sale under Executive Annual Bonus Plan 2007 (“EABP 2007”)
FirstGroup plc (the "Company") has been notified by the trustees of the FirstGroup Employee Benefit Trust that Rachael Borthwick, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (“PDMR”), exercised an option over 9,935 ordinary shares of 5 pence each under the EABP 2007. Following the exercise, the PDMR sold 4,690 shares at a price of 124.2100 pence per share to cover her tax liability.
The transactions took place in London (XLON) on 14 March 2017 and the Company was notified on 15 March 2017.
This notification is made under Article 19.3 of the Market Abuse Regulation.
