Announcement by Blue Star Capital PLC
The Company notes the announcement by Blue Star Capital PLC ("Blue Star") yesterday confirming that, further to Blue Star's announcements made on 16 January 2017 and 19 January 2017, its investment in SatoshiPay Ltd. ("SatoshiPay") has now been completed.
With the closing of the fundraising by SatoshiPa, the Company is interested in approximately 8.3% of the issued shares of SatoshiPay valued at €500,140, an increase of 212.5% since the time of the Company's original investment in September 2015.
