Grant of options to PDMRs under the Company's all-employee share plans
In accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4 R(1), the Company announces that the PDMRs set out below have been granted an option to purchase Shares pursuant to the following all-employee share plans:
Wolseley Group Employee Share Purchase Plan 2011:
