NOTIFICATION OF A TRANSACTION BY A PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ("PDMR") IN ORDINARY SHARES OF 10 53/66p EACH IN THE COMPANY ("Shares")
The Wolseley Group Executive Share Option Plan 2012 ("ESOP 2012") and the Wolseley Long Term Incentive Plan 2012 ("LTIP 2012") ("the Plans")
On 23 March 2016, the PDMR named below exercised two option awards under the Plans. This was in relation to awards granted under the ESOP 2012 in December 2012 and the LTIP 2012 in January 2013.
The table below shows the number of options exercised and the number of Shares sold on 23 March 2016. The Shares under the LTIP 2012 were exercised for nil consideration and the Shares under the ESOP 2012 were exercised at an option price of 2,796 pence per Share. The price for the Shares sold was 3,919.5 pence per Share.
