As a result of a purchase of shares at 2353p by the Fidessa group plc MonthlyShare Purchase Plan on 8th May 2015, Mark Ames, a person discharging managerialresponsibilities in Fidessa group plc, became the beneficial owner of 5 Fidessagroup plc ordinary shares. Following this announcement his shareholding is173,998 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of the Company,constituting 0.46% of the issued share capital.
