easyJet PLC29 February 2008 easyJet plc ("the Company") Total Voting Rights and Share Capital In conformity with rule 5.6.1 of the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rulesand further to the Company's announcement made on 31 January 2008, the Company'sissued share capital now consists of 421,097,500 ordinary shares with a nominalvalue of 25 pence each, with voting rights. The increase results from the issue of shares to meet the exercise of optionsunder the Company's employee share option schemes. No shares are held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 421,097,500. The above figure of 421,097,500 shares may be used by shareholders as thedenominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they arerequired to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, easyJetplc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
