Transaction in Own Shares
10 February 2016 - Experian plc, the global information services company (the "Company"), hereby notifies the market, in conformity with Listing Rule 12.4.6R, of the following:-
Further to the announcement by the Company on 10 November 2015 of an extended share repurchase programme, the Company announces that, on 10 February 2016, it purchased 21,243 of its ordinary shares of 10 US cents each at an average price of 1,099.5245 pence per share (minimum price of 1,085 pence and maximum price of 1,100 pence).
The shares purchased will be cancelled.
