Director Shareholding
7 February 2013- Experian plc, the global information services company, hereby notifies the market that it has received notification of the following transactions in its ordinary shares of 10 US cents each ("ordinary shares") by a director of the Company.
On 6 February 2013, Mr Don Robert, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, exercised options in respect of the undernoted ordinary shares. The options were granted on the date set out below under the Experian Share Option Plan.

On 6 February 2013, Mr Robert sold 552,453 ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 1,103.7559p per share (of which 178,582 ordinary shares were sold to cover tax and social security).
Following the exercises and sale outlined above, Mr Robert has a retained interest in 1,101,685 ordinary shares
The notifications to the Company, received on 6 February 2013, were made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.2R. This notification is made in compliance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R.
