Director/PDMR Notification
29 July 2014 - Experian plc, the global information services company, hereby notifies the market of the following:
On 28 July 2014, a contract for differences, entered into on 26 July 2011 over 600,000 ordinary shares of US 10 cents each in the Company ("ordinary shares") at a price of 815 pence per share, held by Experian Finance plc for the purposes of hedging the cost of the Group's employee share plans, matured.
On 28 July 2014, Experian Finance plc entered into a contract for differences over 600,000 ordinary shares at a reference price of 1,034.15 pence per share, for the purposes of hedging the cost of the Group's employee share plans.
Don Robert and Brian Cassin, who are directors of the Company, are also directors of Experian Finance plc. Therefore, for the purposes of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Experian Finance plc is a connected person of Don Robert and Brian Cassin.
The notifications to the Company, on 29 July 2014, were made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.2R. This notification is made in compliance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R.
