On 4 May 2016, Paul Barry, a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"), exercised the vested portion of a bonus share award granted under the Exova Group plc Deferred Bonus Plan to acquire the number of ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Shares") in Exova Group plc as set out in column 3 in the table below with an aggregate exercise price of £1.
