EPE Special Opportunities Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that at its Annual General Meeting, held on 22 June 2021, all resolutions proposed were passed.
At the Annual General Meeting, Robert Quayle stepped down as a director of the Company. The Board would like to thank Robert for his dedication to the Company over his long period of service. The Board would like to thank Robert for his wise counsel and to wish him all the best for the future.
