In accordance with Rule 2.9 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers (the "Code"), Euromoney confirms that, as at the date and time of this announcement, the Company has 109,291,550 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in issue.
The increase in the number of Ordinary Shares results from the issue of 338 Ordinary Shares in connection with an allotment of shares under the Euromoney Sharesave Scheme.
