Result of Annual General Meeting
Epwin Group Plc (AIM: EPWN) ("Epwin" or the "Group"), the vertically integrated manufacturer of extrusions, mouldings and fabricated low maintenance building products, supplying the Repair, Maintenance and Improvement ("RMI"), new build property and social housing sectors, announces that at the Annual General Meeting held yesterday, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.
The final dividend of 2.83 pence per ordinary share will be paid on 8 June 2015 to ordinary shareholders on the register on 15 May 2015.
