Epwin Group Plc, the vertically integrated manufacturer of low maintenance building products, supplying the Repair, Maintenance and Improvement ("RMI"), new build and social housing sectors, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2016 are available on the website at http://www.epwin.co.uk and copies will be posted to shareholders on 24 April 2017.
The Notice of the Annual General Meeting to be held at 11.00am on Tuesday 23 May 2017 at Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP, 115 Colmore Row, Birmingham, West Midlands, B3 3AL is contained within the Annual Report and Accounts.
